A Rose To All of You Super Moms...And Maybe Vitamins for a Real Treat!

Happy Mother's Day!

What's this in the graphic?  It shows one of the 30 daily strips in a box of Vitalizer Women.  Reformulated last year, it is excellent for women - even those who need a
multivitamin before, during and after pregnancy and while nursing.  You can see on the left what some of the nutrients equal in foods, such as 27 servings of almonds for vitamin E and 8 cups of peas for folic acid.

The Vitalizer Women includes the Vita-Lea Advanced Multivitamin with 800 mcg of folic acid, 200 mcg of iodine and 18 mcg of iron.  Caroto-E-Omega in it includes 500 mg of omega-3 fatty acids with 280 mg EPA and 180 mg DHA.  These support the heart, immune system and fetal development of the brain, eyes and central nervous system.   B+C Complex provides energy and immune support.  Optiflora Probiotic supports a healthy digestion.

Vitalizer is based on 12 clinical studies and a first-of-its-kind Landmark Study.  You are so lucky to have that as a choice.  When I had my 3 daughters, I had never heard of Shaklee.  By the time a friend mentioned it to me, I was 48.  However, the Shaklee vitamins and protein I took made menopause (early 50s) a breeze.  I have no sisters to compare myself with, but my mother had a very difficult menopause, including a hysterectomy.

Another option is to take the Vita-Lea Iron and OmegaGuard.  The Vita-Lea Iron has also been reformulated to be even better for pregnancy.  OmegaGuard has the very valuable omega-3 essential fatty acids.  By the way, if you are over 50, you might consider Vita-Lea Gold or Vitalizer Gold instead of the others I've mentioned.

One more suggestion is to consider the Energizing Life Shakes, which come in either soy or non-soy and in different flavors.   I have taken Shaklee Shakes of different kinds for many years.  What a
difference in energy and immune system support!

That gives you a lot to think about.  Have a happy Mother's Day!
