1 Tbsp unsweetened Cacao
1 tsp Almond Butter
10 oz. beverage of choice
Pumpkin Spice Latte #2
2 scoops Life Shake - Cafe Latte
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp instant coffee
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
10 oz. beverage of choice
Strawberry Breakfast Shake #3
2 scoops Life Shake - Strawberry
1/2 banana
1/4 cup rolled oats
3-4 fresh strawberries
10 oz. milk of choice
Peppermint Mocha Shake #4
2 scoops Life Shake - Cafe Latte
1/2 banana
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cacao nibs
1/2 beverage of choice
