What's it for? The goal is to revamp your health, lifting you to a new level of wellness, energy, mental focus and strong nutrition. The promise is that "You can feel amazing in 30 days -- guaranteed!"
How does it work? There are 2 parts: 1) The 7-Day Healthy Cleanse, 2) Days 8-30: A Strip & a Shake a Day. The cleanse uses carefully-selected Shaklee supplements and a supporting food plan. It can also jump-start weight loss and reduce cravings. You take a morning packet and an evening packets of cleanse supplements. They are: Optiflora D1 Probiotic, Liver DTX Complex, Alfalfa Complex, Herb-Lax. Also, each day you graze on fruits and vegetables. It's a good idea to eat about every 2 hours and also drink plenty of water. If you want to add another vitamin or two that you like, that's fine. Just don't duplicate what's in the cleansing packets.
On Day 8 you start the Life Shake and Shaklee Vitalizer Supplement strip. You can choose one of 3 types of Life Shake: plant protein, soy protein and stevia-free soy protein. The plant protein has non-GMO pea protein, L-Leucine, organic chia seed protein and organic pumpkinseed protein. The soy protein is a blend of non-GMO soy. The stevia-free is a blend of non-GMO soy protein , L-Leucine, organic chia seed protein and organic pumpkinseed protein, sweetened with sugar.
The Life Shakes also come in different flavors, so you can choose vanilla or chocolate in the plant protein or more flavors in soy.
