  The Shaklee 180 Program is an effective way to watch those pounds melt away.  I love the taste of each flavor, but it's fun to vary them too.  Here are 3 of the 10 recipes that recently came out from Shaklee. Raspberry Lime Cooler  1 serving, 400 calories
2 scoops Vanilla Shaklee 180 Energizing Smoothee     Protein Mix
1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
1 cup frozen raspberries
Juice of 1 lime
Packet of sweetener (ex:  Stevia)

 Pina Colada Smoothee  1 serving, 297 calories
2 scoops Vanilla Shaklee 180 Energizing Smoothee
    Protein Mix
8 oz. nonfat milk (low-fat soy milk can be used)
1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple
1/2 tsp.coconut extract
Ice (as needed)





Tropical Green Smoothee  1 serving, 389 calories
2 scoops Vanilla Shaklee 180 Energizing Smoothee     Protein Mix
1 cup chopped greens such as collards, kale or        spinach
!/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen ripe banana
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
Stevia to taste
