Super-Delicious Pumpkin Smoothee

If you're looking for a change of pace this fall, try one of these tasty, nutritious smoothees.  It's good for breakfast, lunch or even dinner!

PUMPKIN  SPICE  SMOOTHEE
2 scoops Shaklee 180 Vanilla Smoothee
8 oz. non-fat milk or low-fat soy milk
2 Tbsp. canned pumpkin
1/2 Tsp. pumpkin spice
Dash vanilla extract
Dash cinnamon
4-6 ice cubes 

Just blend until creamy in a blender.  Yumm!   If you'd like other variations to use with different flavors of Shaklee 180 mix, let me know.  The flavors are:  Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Cafe au Lait plus another, Vanilla Chai, that is only available through December.   Most of the recipes have just a few ingredients, simple - but great for variety's sake.
